I didn't set out to become a leadership coach.
I have always been curious about what makes businesses, and the people within them, thrive.
Over the past 15+ years I've worked alongside more than 50 organisations, from fast-growing startups to established SMEs, helping leaders navigate growth, change and the messy realities that come with leading people.
I've recruited leaders, built teams, facilitated strategy sessions, coached executives and experienced first-hand the highs and lows of growing a business as a co-founder.
Those experiences shaped the way I work today.
Because leadership isn't something you learn from a textbook.
It's something you build through real conversations, thoughtful reflection and practical experience.
What I believe
I believe leadership should feel human. I believe difficult conversations can strengthen relationships. I believe self-awareness changes everything. I believe culture is created by the behaviours we choose every day. I believe people don't need fixing, they need understanding, support and the confidence to lead in a way that feels authentic to them. And I believe the best leadership development doesn't happen in a single workshop.
It happens over time, through curiosity, practice and accountability.

When I'm not working...
You'll usually find me teaching yoga, chasing some adventure with my family or learning something new.
